Seated Hamstring Stretch

To adapt this stretch to make it more comfortable for you try sitting on a rolled hand towel and/or place a rolled hand towel underneath your knees. Allow your knees to soften and use your hands to take your upper body weight when you are walking down your legs. We were 15 minutes into our Beginners Stretch class when we did this stretch so do this stretch after the dog walk or after the gardening rather than first thing in the morning and you will feel more comfortable.
