There is a lot of work to be done on the ground in Zimbabwe. We have several projects waiting for us in the sewing studio, our trusty SUV needs a new set of tires, and lots of updated paperwork needs to be filed with the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health. Taka is anxious to get the toilet construction started at our longtime partner schools that he has been coordinating with virtually over the last year. We are so excited to be reunited with our team – they have done an incredible job keeping things running while we have been away.
We need to raise $8,000 before we head back to help cover some of the travel expenses and get all of these projects up and running.
We have personally contributed the first $1,000 towards our $8,000 goal, leaving us with $7,000 to raise before we take off!
