Encouraging Motivation

Encouraging Motivation

In this guided meditation, Karyn Chalk helps you to build motivation by identifying the benefits and rewards for you and others of taking a particular action.

Being able to pursue this goal with inner strengths of determination, grit, confidence, passion and also a sense of fullness in the green zone.

We will be breaking down some key components to increasing motivation with a goal or challenge that you are wanting to build motivation on a path you’re trying to encourage.
We utilise the power of positive neuroplasticity to create a sense pf safety and also help our brain and body feel more satisfied and content.

Karyn Chalk asks you to think of something you’d like to become more motivated towards.
She then invites us to get a sense of self-compassion and OKness within. A sense of being OK in this moment, enough air to breathe. This is very calming and soothing for our mind.

We then move to the goal we want to achieve, the path we want to take. And take the time to recall the benefits, the rewards for ourselves and others.

And we then explore the first step of action we could take and step into this new way of being. And alongside that, taking the rewards of this action.

Doing this practice on a regular basis will increase motivation through building and strengthening neurological pathways.
