It’s almost June! School is almost out and I can tell that everyone is getting excited for summer break.

The importance of chiropractic adjustments in your life can sometimes be forgotten or marginalized simply because we make it such a quick and easy experience. In reality, tending to the maintenance of the master computer of your body is one of the most important routines you can have each month.

Ask yourself this–is there zero value in a single workout? Like if you spent money for a personal trainer to assess your needs, calculate your BMI, set you up with tracking tools etc, and then just had one workout with them…only to discover that after that workout you were still not yet at your goal weight…was that workout pointless?

Of course not. Every step on your health journey is important and is cumulative, just are our poor choices. But no single workout will get you in shape, and no single adjustment will make you “well.” Our product is not to deliver adjustments to you, our product is to deliver a “well-adjusted life” to you where you exist as a well-adjusted individual. So try not to think about the adjustments singularly–they are only as powerful as your consistency to string them together week after week or month after month.

Some exciting additions this month. In June we will be releasing our very first Rebel Masterclass. This class will be focused on creating a deeper understanding of the science, art, and philosophy of chiropractic. This class will be free and available for you to share with friends and family members who are in the “research” phase of wanting to start chiropractic. We will be recording more classes this summer that will be centered around topics our patients ask us about on a regular basis.

Thank you to everyone for trying harder to remember your t-shirt gowns. It allows us to deliver our very best exam to you when we can have uninterrupted access to your spine!

This summer do us a favor–we are constantly running fun promos to help make it easy for you to share chiropractic with your friends and loved ones. This June we are running one where BOTH the referrer AND the person you refer will receive a loaf of sourdough bread. So dig deep and spread the word about Rebel Chiropractic. If we receive 25 referrals from this in June–in the second half of July I will bake cinnamon rolls for those who referred in June. If we get more than 25, I’ll bake more, but for anyone who refers in June, you’ll get yourself some scratch-made take and bake cinnamon rolls.

Prayer requests for this month: Lisa, Katie, Mary, Tony, Bridget, Eric, Kevin, Liz, and Amy. Pray for those going through loss, for health struggles, for marriage struggles–all the things people have shared with us this month…we lift you all up!
