At the Mari Lwyd Guest House we adore Gaia and all of her Divine Beings!
Recently I discovered a bit of Magick right outside my back door. I’ve been around chipmunks most of my life, but I have never, ever had barking chipmunks.
Every dawn if it’s warm and sunny we’ll hear several chipmunks talking to each other in the back yard, for hours on end.
Finally I was able to get a video, I had to ask permission first and then one of the chipmunks allowed me to take a video while chattering on our wood pile.
It’s the cutest damn thing I’ve ever seen.
Typically, chipmunks stay underground until it’s Spring but we have had warm weather for February/March.
