During our 2021/2022 reverse mentoring programme, a number of the partnerships identified that we could do with a greater level of clarity when we talk about career paths here.
What actually are the differences for each role at Curtins? What kinds of mindsets and behaviours do you need to develop? How about increasing responsibilities and competencies…?
For the first time we have captured all of this in clear and concise Job Role Definitions documents, for all technical roles through to Associate.
