Balmain & Co is pleased to be working alongside MAB Corporation, Homes Victoria and Housing First on the Preston Crossing Project to construct the first of two significant residential communities within the Bell Station precinct of Preston.
This community focused development project designed by Hayball, Archier, Breathe and TCL will deliver a collection of private apartments, townhouses, social housing apartments and a Nightingale building.
The Stage 1 apartment building, designed by Hayball, is continuing to rise continuing to rise as the structure progresses towards top-out which is anticipated to take place in early 2023. The structure has also commenced on the Stage 2 Nightingale building, designed by Breathe Architecture, which is following closely behind. All slab on ground works are complete for the Stage 3 townhouses by Archier, and framing has commenced in stages and will continue to progress.
