On Thursday, November 10, all City employees—and especially those who have served in the military—are invited to celebrate their colleagues for their patriotism and willingness to sacrifice for the common good during our 8th annual Veterans Appreciation Employee Event. The event will be in-person for the first time since 2019 and will take place in Market Square in front of City Hall (301 King St.) from 11 a.m. to noon.
This event is one way the City recognizes our employees who are veterans, and who continue to serve our City in the same patriotic spirit with which they served our country.
