Set your calendars, folks, we’re unveiling our 2022-23 performing arts season on Thursday, June 9, and it’s going to be an awesome show.
Along with a full preview of our biggest season ever (seriously), you’re invited to join us for free performances from two of the artists performing this season. Maddie Storveld and Ellen Doty are both up-and-coming artists based out of Edmonton and we’re so excited to support them at this launch and in our upcoming season.
Maddie Storvold: A folk singer-songwriter who takes her inspiration from the likes of Willie Nelson, Maddie had a successful run on The Launch. She’s pushing the boundaries of folk and country, and we can’t wait to see her on stage. Find out more on maddiestorvold.com
Ellen Doty: A singer with a world-class voice, Ellen brings a combination of jazz, soul, pop, folk, and indie music into a performance that is one you’ll remember. Find out more on ellendoty.com.
Both Ellen and Maddie are breaking boundaries with their music, stage presence, and performance.
Another great part about our season launch is also being able to connect with patrons and really delve into the exciting performers coming to Camrose. You’ll get a first-hand look at why we’ve picked these artists, why we like them so much, and what makes them so dynamic.
General Manager, Nick Beach, will also speak to why each artist was selected and you’ll get a chance to see highlight videos of each performer and enjoy live music to close out the evening!
Patrons will also be able to take advantage of our discount ticketing before single tickets go on sale a week later.
What are your options?
The discount benefits are great. We have three tiers that patrons can take advantage of: Pick 3, Pick 5, Pick 7. Here’s how it works.
Pick 3: Save 10% on your total cost when you buy tickets to three or four shows
Pick 5: Buy tickets to five or six performances and you save 15% off prices
Pick 7: The best deal happens when you buy tickets to seven or more shows – 20% off!
We implemented this new program last year and it’s been so successful that we’re keeping it!
