Worship Preview for May 15, 2022

“As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” Those are Jesus’ words—and if you really think about them, you’ll say… “Easier said than done.” This is a big ask. It’s a big ask because of what Jesus said first, “As I have loved…” Well, how did he love? Did he hold back anything? Did he take afternoons off or go on lengthy vacations? He served others, all the time. He calls us to do the same. And he doesn’t leave us helpless in the tasks he lays out for us. He gives us hearts like his, he gives the Holy Spirit to motivate, to guide. And he gives us forgiveness. Love one another.
