Matt “Steamrolla” Frevola

Matt Frevola is a UFC Veteran who fights in the lightweight division. For his most recent fight, we got a peek inside one of his monstrous training camp workouts lead by legendary MMA coach Ray Longo. Matt trains out of the Serra Longo camp in Long Island, New York, and is hoping to fight for the lightweight title in his future.
